I didn't take a nap even though I was tired as all get out. I deal with insomnia sometimes and taking naps make it worse. I stuck it out and made soap and kept myself busy so I wouldn't sleep. That is a huge accomplishment for me. You should be very proud of youself for walking 5 miles . I admire you for that.

I was proud of myself today for enduring 6 hours of yard and garden work with hubby! This was despite the 80 degree day with full sun and no sunscreen! We got sooo much accomplished. I was also proud that I was able to go all day and not scream at either teen for anything! Ha! P.S. I love your philosophy..."appreciate each new day and not allow yesterday to wreck today." True, true, true!

I coached my sons soccer team. Today was the last game of the season and all the kids got trophies which was really cool. They all made me very proud, not just my son

I am proud of myself for doing a little straigtening in my room (even though I have more to do and should really be doing that instead of being on here.) I am also proud that I figured out how to work my new DVD player. I am also proud that I got started on my homework right away after school instead of waiting and procrastinating until later tonight which is what I usually do.

Well, I am proud today because I drove down to see my eldest sister to save her coming to see me. It is about a 90-mile round trip and since I was ill last year I haven't felt I had the energy to do it. She was so pleased to see me and I really felt good by the time I got back home that I had done it. Congratulations on the 5-mile walk. I do a 1-mile walk every morning now, but got to admit I never feel like doing it, but much better for it afterwards.. :-)
