Have you experience an unfriendly staff in your school?

I have graduated in a school here in the Philippines. This is not just an ordinary school. They say it is one of the best in the country. The school known for activism for injustice. My campus is not the main, it is just one of the colleges. I thought that because the students in our school are brave and will always critic on errors the staff's are good. But to my dismay, the staff are evil like. They not treat us well. Especially on the admission section. If you will ask question they will answer by shouting or insulting you sometimes. I don't know why? And I don't know why the dean or higher personnel on our school have not said to these abusive people. I have been to other schools and I am very much happy that the staffs there are good and would entartain you well. Especially to those beginners. I hope this people will change and our head in that school will make an action for change. What is the use of the school for freedom and criticism when the own staff are not practicing them? What an irony.
