I am sad to see my fellow citizen suffering from the floods. I pity to see children, old people and other people crying for help yet only few rescuers were there to save them. Rich or poor suffered. Most of them no food to eat. I hope the sun will rise so the water will go down and those victims will be able to live a normal life again.

Hi there! I am not a native English speaker but I can speak English too. My advice for you is to watch movies, read magazines in English, read English articles on the internet. But I think the best thing that you can do is practice talking with a good English speaker. Like you can talk on the internet with a friend who can talk well. Or maybe you can have tutorials.
