Alright i'm a fresh grad...from a good school, got grades to show and all..but everytime i present my resume they always send me to a diff department and will say that they will just "call" me since they are just looking for peeps with experience. this happened not just once. I mean, how can we start with getting experience when they don't give chances entry level? its not as if we don't have enough background for that. it gets really frustrating and makes me just give up my degree...whats ur take on this?

When I started looking for a job with my private diploma, interviewers told me certificates are just paper qualification which certify that you have the knowledge however not deep enough though it is a degree certificate. The reason for necessary experience is because there are some lessons that are taught through experience and not in the book. Therefore, you will need to explore further if you depend solely on books. For the time being, I suggest you take jobs that require no experience, companies welcome fresh graduates and others or part-time jobs. Good Luck!

All I can say to you is NEVER GIVE UP!! this happen to many of us, and me too when I was just graduated from school and seeking for job. I even sent about 10 resumes per day and get so many interview and rejection..of course so frustrating and let me down. When you give up, you've just missed your chance and also wasting time getting your degrees for years only to let yourself down. I understand that they might look for experienced one and you have to show them that you are very willing to learn. I am sure there will be some company out there that are seeking for a fresh graduates, maybe you just have to go through all this process first. This will make you value your future job.. Good luck to you!

its not about they want somebody with experience but the job vacancy they have needs somebody with experience. you should try to apply for job that qualifies fresh graduates. dont feel about about you not getting hired with that reason coz those companies just dont want to start from beginning by training you and let you know about the nature of the work so they prefer somebody that can work with less supervision.
