Luckyly my workplace is only 5 minutes from my house. If I have the afternoon shift then I will wake up around 7 am to do the house chores. I have no baby yet so I will enjoy myself at this time to sometimes wake up whenever I want on my day off..

I eat light meals during breakfast and working makes me feel so hungry in the afternoon, I feel like I can eat almost anything.. Besides I ussually have Lunch at my workplace canteen where they served lots of food that we can choose, plus yummy dessert.. at night I ussualy have a very light meals or sometimes I only eat 1 apple then I already feel content..
