It is hard to find really good bargains out there. In my past one of the best bargains I ever had was when I bought a pair of brand new jeans for a $1 at Bealls Outlet! I was so excited about that! What about you? Have you encountered a really good bargain?

My biggest deal was a camcorder (brand new!) that I found on Ebay, for $85. The seller was just getting rid of it because she'd gotten another one for Christmas. I had been planning just to buy the recharger cord on Ebay, or in stores, and that was going to cost $75, so when I saw the camcorder, charger, remote and bag included, I grabbed it! Kudo's for me! I'm a bargain shopper, so definitely Ebay is always on my hit list of places to visit.

Ebay is one of the greatest places for bargains! I haven't been lately but I plan to go again here shortly! That is an awesome deal for the camcorder, it saved you the money and the trouble of having to buy the charger!

It's so true and I can remember about a decade ago, when they were first getting started online. I mean, don't get me wrong. I know there are other auction sites online, but Ebay is totally the best. One other deal that I got was a one penny ebook that I would have paid $14.95 for otherwise. The other week I saw a big lot of practically brand new kid's shoes for $25, -- shipping included, 12 pair in all. Nothing wrong with them. And, I missed out! Bummer. Well, maybe next time.

Well, since most of my clothes and my husbands comes from buying things on clearence, thrift stores, salvation army stores, goodwill store, yard sales, flea marlets, stock yards, outlets, etc.. we get great stuff almost new sometimes for low prices. YOu can find some amazing stuff at goodwill brand new with tags for a few dollars. I also bought a $75.00 outfit for $1.00 still with tags. I bought a old lamp that had a picture of george washington and martha on it that I was offered a hundred dollars for when we only paid $2.00 for it. We kept it though. We have a place called grand view outlet and you can buy new things there with tags for a $1.99 and less sometimes. My sister in law bought her daughter a beautiful prom dress for $1.99 with tags on. My sister got over $300.00 worth the stuff for $100.00. Me and my whole family are bargin hunters we have had to be. My husband doesn't make much and by the time bills are paid they aren't much left so we only buy when needed and try not to spend more then what we really need at the moment. We are going to be having a yard sale soon the whole family is and that money we get we will buy new or atleast new clothes for us.Yard sales are a good time to clean out your closets and get rid of stuff you crammed into there when you no longer used it or aren't going to use it. Stuff people gave that you just ask what were they thinking? So it's out with the old and in with the new..I also get tons of free samples from multiple sites and it annoys my husband, he calls me the freebie queen but I don't think there is nothing better then going to a mailbox and getting a sample in it m,akes my day sometimes and plus I get to try products without having to buy them first to see if I like them or not. Why waste money right? I'd rather be a bargin hunter and not be a person who just throws money around then complaines all month they don't have the money they need to pay bills or buy groceries. I a bargin hunter all the way!. If I can get good deals why not and also I get gifts that way to and I tell others if they see something I might like then get it at the outlets,goodwills,etc.. I like used stuff just as good as the new if not better sometimes.

I can honestly say you are a shrewd shopper! I am very much like you and like a good deal and the freebie samples in the mail sure does make your day! It is nice to sample the product before buying it to make sure you like it or that it is effective. I shop all over the place, yard sales, thrift stores, flea markets! I work in a nonprofit thrift store here on Fort Bragg and I love it! I see all kinds of goodies come in and I put a bid in on it, or if it is already on the floor I will see if I can buy it. I love antiques and sometimes people don't know what they have and I will nab it up! Thanks for the comment!

Thanks for the information, I will definitely check those out! There is nothing like free samples! The thrift store is very fun to work at and I feel good at the end of the day. I have been working hard at in the donations room and I lost 3 lbs. lol! So, I really am enjoying that added benefit! LOL

That is a great bargain. I have purchased jeans for $3, but never $1. I think my best bargain was a $45 top for $1.75 from Pennys.

Even at $3 that is a great bargain! But that top is an excellent bargaint at $1.75! I love shopping at JC Penneys because I can find decent deals there. I had to go to a formal event with my husband recently and I found a dress that was just perfect for $45. I was so thrilled about that. I was dreading having to shop for a dress because I thought it was going to be more expensive! It was marked down from $120. That was a good deal to me so I nabbed it!

I am a complete bargain lover! In the past month alone, I have bought a pair of cropped jeans for £1 from Primark, and a pair of turquoise peeptoe slingbacks for £1 as well. I rarely shop out of the sale section, unless it is something I really love! What can I say? I'm a sucker for a bargain!

I too love to shop for a good bargain. There has been many times I will stay out all day and come home with very little to nothing because I didn't find a good sale. I rarely shop outside of the outlet stores or sales sections either. I find it to be a good challenge and it keeps me from impulsively buying things!

I find good bargains at the swap meet (flea market) quite often. Once I found a record album that was worth $500. The seller wanted $1.00... I offered him 50 cents and he took it.

Now that is a good bargain! I often visit yard sales and flea markets. There are good "junk" stores that really don't know what they have. I often find treasures there that they think are just junk such as your album! Wow, that is a great deal!
