Have any INDIAN upgraded on Clixsense ?

My dear indian brothers, i am about to upgrade in clixsense. I awnt to ask that do people from india also get same number of ads after upgradation as people from US and canada get? If its not the case it will take a lot of time to recover my $10. People from US have got some 500+ mails immediately after upgrading. So they recovered half of the anount in less then a week. Indians who have upgraded pelase tell me whether should i upgrade or not??
