How long can you stay in your computer?

I normally spend about five hours browsing different websites over the net. Now that I've joined myLot, I feel that the number of hours I'm spending with my computer has increased even more. If I'm not mistaken, the longest time I've been with my computer was, more or less, thirteen hours. I may probably lessen my computer hours, though, since I feel that long hours with my computer may probably have detrimental effects in the long run.

I am working almost all day using computer. It is about 7 hours non stop. Sometimes my eyes hurt. Thatis not including after finish working I continue browsing on the internet or hang around at Mylot with my own pc at home.. I can tell half of my days I spend with computer..
