No, it is not just you I am having a very difficult time trying to find a discussion I want to respond too. Then I don't want to start a discussion because some of the responses I can't even respond back too. I only answered 5 discussions today, it is getting really hard and boring.

same here. there are a lot of discussions posted everyday but i can't find one that i am interested enough to respond to. i also seldom start discussions since i am not that diligent in responding back to the responses that i get (i'm sorry for that).
i hope mylot picks up again soon. otherwise, like you said, it's getting boring around here.

It's not just you. I'm having the same problem recently. I know that some of my friends haven't been around and that could account for some of it. Summer is here...in the US anyway so I'm sure many are on vacation or just spending less time on their pc.

it just means we need to post more topics on areas that have not been covered....we all need to research for more topics...and add the ones we think will be most stimulating..

i agree with you. a lot of the discussions here are similar to other posts. it's really hard to come up with a "unique" discussion topic.

Same goes with me. That's why I'm not responding to as much discussions like before. Just for today, I responded to 3 friend's discussions with similar topics. I need to paraphrase all my words. There are so many threads that are of the same essence and nature. I will skip it and search for some unique one.

I have had the same feeling as you on several occasions. But I have noticed that at different hours of the day I react differently to the same discussion. If I am at ease I think: Let`s answer this discussion. If I have other things on my mind I think: Let`s skip it. So during evenings I can type up much more answers than in the day break, then the subjects do not look so inviting to me.
