I have a hard time finding an album that I can enjoy straight through. So far I've found two. The Used's new one Lies for the Liars and Costello Music from the Fratellis. I like all of the songs on them. What is the best album you've listened to?

There are many albums that I can listen to all the way through so I won't bore with a large list, but I'd have to say that my favorites in the past year or so have been We Don't Need to Whisper by Angels and Airwaves A Fever You Can't Sweat Out by Panic! At the Disco A Weekend in the City by Bloc Party I can listen to all three of them all the way through, over and over again.

Since I grew up in the days of albums, pre-CD, I know that we used to listen to the entire album rather then just pushing a button to skip a track. There are 2 albums in particular that I can listen to all the way through, one is Bat Out of Hell by Meatloaf. Every song on it is among my favorites of all time. But the one I have to listen to from start to finish is Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd. The songs flow from one to the next, and in my head I am starting the next song even when I listen on radio and it is one song at a time.

I think I don't have just one, but I'll tell you what comes to my mind: perhaps "Mr Gone" by Weather Report, perhaps "The New Standards" By Herbie Hancock.

Songs for the Deaf by Queens of the Stone Age, With Teeth by Nine Inch Nails, or 10,000 Years by Tool. All great albums, all great bands. Very rock centric list. Enjoy =)
