I do not understand how this paypal works. I do not have a bank account I thought I would get a card that I can use like a debit or credit card. Please how does this work for when payday coomes I need the money that day! Please help me to understand how this works Thank you

Register yourself with paypal. Once you have $150 in your account you can withdraw the amount .

It might be a bit hard if you dont have a bank account. You can transfer the money from paypal into your bank account, or use paypal like a bank account where certain places accept it(ebay etc...). You might have to go and open a bank account that would be the easiest way to access your money.
