Im a smoker, you cant help where the smoke goes, but you know its going to spread through the air...I try and have reapect and think of other people and try and smoke as far away as possible to other people.

I try to eat healthy foods, but dont go out of my way for a diet or anything like that. I have 1 healthy home cooked meal a day. I eat chocolate just about everyday, quite a few cokes and coffees everyday, ice cream regularly and I smoke.

Now Im wondering why I didnt listen to my hairdresser..She said there is another form of dandruff, but a lil worse ( and I cannot think of the name, starts with an 'S')....That is caused by stress....But in any case 1 week is not long enough to get rid of dandruff thoroughly, probably more like a couple of weeks...
