Does it matter when you go to sleep?

I have lost my habit of going to bed at 10:30 p.m. and getting up at 6:30 a.m. Now I just fall asleep and don't actually have any fixed time to do so. Does it matter? I think I will age faster. What are your thoughts on this?

Earlt to bed and early to rise keeps netbuster healkthy , happy and wise :) Yes it really does and thats the reason i maintain a very strict schedule, i go to bed at round 9 to 9:30 and wakes up at 3:00, except on sunday where i get up at round 4:30.

You seem to want just six hours of sleep. I am used to sleeping for eight hours daily. If I do not do this, I am lethargic throughout the day.
