Maybe yes! if he really changed and continue the good things he's doing.. and beside there is always a second chance.. but not for the cheater!! people sometimes need to come up with certain circumstances just to wake him/her up and make realize bad/good things in her life...

One of the hardest things in life is to hold a grudge. I know, I'm still doing it. It tears a person up inside. Results in bad dreams and anger. If she can let it go, find it within herself to forgive, she will be able to carry on with life a lot better. It's not easy to do, but if they can, I say forgive.

HE himself is in real bad condition and may be regretting for all those mistakes and the things that he have lost. SO, i think it is the time to forgive him as time has already revenged him.

They all should forgive him. He won't know if they do or not. But they should forgive him for their own sakes. If they don't forgive him they will be living with the anger or hate and those things can and will destory them. Forgiving him will free them.
