A popular city police officer from Connecticut died Saturday, four days after being struck by a sport utility vehicle driven by a federal judge who is a cousin of former President George H. W. Bush. The cousin's name is John M. Walker Jr. He is a senior judge on the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.

Hm... what a coincidence. Supposedly there are some other really interesting coincidences in history. There's one that has something to do with Lincoln's brother or cousin and J.W. Boothe's cousin or brother... i don't remember, but it was interesting.

The irony also lies in the fact that he is not only a Bush cousin, but a Federal judge. I haven't heard about Lincoln and Boothe's relatives but I do know about Lincoln as a president.
