One can get energetic and refreshed after taking a good bath. Do you take sufficient time to enjoy a bath? or Do you take just a quick shower?

Yes, I used to take baths when I had to shave the hair off of my legs.. Or, I may be getting menstrual cramps.. But, now, I will usually just take an shower, it is not quick. I will wash for 10 to 15 minutes..

i usually have a sufficient bath in the morning before i start my day. it takes me 20-30 minutes depending on what i have to do inside the bathroom. at nights, i usually have quick showers. just enough to wash my body and refresh a bit. during weekends or whenever i can, i like to use the bath tub. it is my personal time so i make the best of it.

I never take a long bath - because we do not have a tub. We are going to move to a house in not too long - there we will have two large bathrooms, and I will get a tub. Until then I take quick showers

about half an hour to an hour. it takes about half an hour for essential oils to be absorbed into the bloodstream so you get the full benefit.
