when you encounter stories like this, try looking them up on Snopes.com. in the vast majority of cases, as in this one, they are a HOAX. people spread them by email to create fear or through their ignorance of the truth

I do find it rude. my mum wouldn't have dreamed of doing this when she was raising me. I was brought up NEVER to eat in a shop. let alone to eat something you haven't bought. that's stealing. even if you pay for it at a later point, for that period of time it's stealing. it's not a restaraunt, where you pay after you eat. it's a shop. where you buy something, take it away, and eat it ...

fruit teas are very acidic, especially with added sugar. so they can be corrosive to your teeth. so if you plan to fruit teas, or any tea with sugar, don't brush your teeth for an hour afterwards, as the surface enamel of the teeth will be more vulnerable to abrasion

that's really sad that you think people who have HIV got it through carelessness. there are cases where this is true, but there are also very very many where people have contracted it through no action they could prevent.

it's very easy to say it's not real. Snopes.com research these things, and see if there are any incidents recorded of such things being true or not. 9 times out of 10. not true. this one checks out as a hoax. as does the lead in lipstick and don't re use plastic bottles e mail.
