Yes in most states it is law that you must be at least 16 with parental consent and the parent must be present at the time. Even if a parent consents, I would have to say BAD, BAD idea. 15 is way too young to completely understand the possible side effects, and the necessity of taking proper care of a new piercing. I won't lie I have my nose, tongue 2 tragus's, and 7 in my ears. Ears were done throughout highschool. Tongue I was 19 or 20 but when it came to my nose even as simple as that one is I waited til I was 26 and guess what? I took very good care of it, kept it clean but didn't realize the jewelry they used to pierce it with, I was allergice to it. So I still ended up with an infection and let me tell you it SUCKED!!! So I would really consider waiting til they are old enough to be certain of what they would be getting themselves into. And that's advice from a not only a body jewelry seller but I am also a piercer as well!!
