who is the best Asian cricket team??

I would say all the three teams are equally better. Its only changing from time to time that sometimes one team is ahead of the other two. As for now, the ball is in SriLankans court as they moved to finals in World Cup. Time will change and India or Pak would be ahead. So I would say, all three teams are equally good.

Why are you not expecting a vote for Bangladesh as it is also an asian country and Bangladesh also defeated India in the World Cup. I am not for Bangladesh but there must be freedom of speech and India must accept its defeat. Off course Pakistan is the best asian team in cricket.

I think it is Pakistan. Pateam has recently beaten Srilanka Who WAS supposed to be the best. Pakistan has done some good changes in their team. They have a new and young captain. They have thier top cricketers (Afridi, Razzaq, Asif and Akhter) back in the team. these changes have showed theur results instantaneously. Pakistan was missing its best cricketers in the World cup thats why they performed poor. Pakistan,in my views, is the best Asian Cricket Team.

I will tell and prove the name of the team best among these three. I think everybody who responded to this discussion have seen the WORLD CUP 2007 so I don't think you should be updated by further dtails but for a detailed and proved expaination I would like to continue with the name of SRILANKA shining at the top according to my ratings the teams should be in the following order: 1 SRILANKA 2 BANGLADESH 3 INDIA & PAKISTAN Because India and Pakistan both were elimintaed earlier after playing a little more than these two teams Bangladesh had to leave the tournaments, But if we ponder upon Srilanka the team played a good game and survived till the finals beating major teams like NewZealand and South Africa so I will recommend Srilanka as the best team and as my dear friend "DARE FOR MORE" has written above that Pakistani team has beaten Srilanka so he should try to understand some of the cricket policies, he should had a look at the players playing in both the teams I am waiting for your (DARE FOR MORE) comment and also "MEATIITR'S" comment, that AM I RIGHT?

1983 - India 1992 - Pakistan 1996 - Sri Lanka Finals.... 1999 - Pakistan vs Australia 2003 - India vs Australia 2007 - Sri Lanka vs Australia so you can see no one actually dominated(atleast asian challenge) for considerable amount of time. but they are always equally matched no matter when and where they played. even today you cant bet who'll win a ind v pak, sri v pak, ind v sri match..though sri lanka is the finalist... so u never know who'll win....so dont bet for this asia cup.

if u be serious n neutral u'll see sri lanka is best among the asian countries...no doubt...their seniors are very motivating...the younger players are very responsible..the fielding is awesome...the bowling!! my god !!just too good...
