Every person has a right to know where they come from. Not all people want to know, but they should at least have a choice. It could life saving information to know your biological family's health history. It doesn't mean that you have to contact them, become best friends and forget the ones who loved and raised you. Sometimes you do form friendships with lost parents and siblings, sometimes you don't. But you still have the right to choose.

I believe they do have a right to know! because I have noticed that these children have a natural yearning to know their biological parents! And it doesn't matter how good or bad their adoptive parents have been!
