disgusting co employee / myLot

It's monday morning and my co employee just spoiled my day. She is accusing me of not responding our clients call and she handed me a fax dated June 2 terminationg our contract with said client. My co employee just relied on the contents of the letter but not relied on when the letter was made. I just hate it because she accused me of creating stories. When the truth and in fact is that I have talked to our client just this morning and told me to fax a letter terminating our contract with said client due to a reason that they had been calling the office since saturday where no one is actually in the office. How stupid she is to accuse me of things she doesn't know the REAL FACTS OF THE SITUATION.

Maean, I am so sorry that you are having to be made to feel this way....some people are not willing to take the time to find out what is really going on before allowing themselves to react inappropriately, most of the time... If this client is so volitile to want to terminate their contract because they are unwilling to learn the hours that the office is open....and the administration does not see fit to attempt to placate the situation then I guess....the client's business is not important to this company.... If your co-worker has nothing better to do than to harass you....or makes a habit of gossiping about others in the office then I would probably maintain a strictly-professional realtionship with her......this person is not your friend if she is unwilling to give you the benefit of the doubt then looking at the facts if she questioned it..... Oh, I know what you mean. I hate it when people accuse and yell when they don't have a clue what the heck they are talking about. I am sorry this is happening. I hope you are able to work this out with your co-worker and she apologizes to you for being so rude. Especially for yelling. That I would not put up with and would stop her in her tracks as soon as she raised her voice at me.
