For those of us buying school unifroms

I started looking online today and both Target and Wal-Mart (two cheapest places that I am aware of right now) have some uniform pants and shorts in stock. I did also see some uniform items on ebay, which were a few dollars cheaper (including shipping) than buying from WM or Target. Sears also has some unifroms, but they are about $4 more for a pair of pants.

Ha ha ha, I was just telling hubby about an hour ago. That we would have to buy more uniforms for the kids this year. As they have out grown the ones from last year. Than seen this post. Thank you for making it. As we have a wal-mart and a Target here in my area. I will look on ebay. probably starting next month.

If they are like the stores here, they sell out quickly. I typically end up buying my sons online any way because I can't find his size in the store (we have 4 WM, plus Target, Kmart and 3 malls and we still have problems finding uniform bottoms). Also, the stores don't have the uniforms out yet.

Oh yes. The uniforms sell out quickly here to. I live in a rather large city with quite a few stores that sell the uniforms. I usaully wait til I see them in the store flyers. Than I know they are in the stores.

Hi there, I always think sewing them yourself is way cheaper, and you can always adjust them for better fit when their bodies decide to grow the extra inch or two. Goodluck with uniform shopping

If I had the means and talent for sewing, I would try to do this. But I don't have a sewing machine and haven't sewn anything for quite some time.
