this is so stressfull, especially when I have no plan to wake up early in the morning hearing music so loud.. Or even when I have to wake up early in the morning I still dont want to hear loud music or any noisy sound. I am so desperate telling him to please turn the volume down. But he seems dont care. What should I do.. I started to hate him and feel stress in the morning which is not good to start a day.. The other neighbour dont do anything about that and looks like nobody feel disturbed by that noisy sound.. hhhhh....

I understand it's a very annoying situation. Having a neighbour like this is so frustrating. Sometimes I experience the same like you. I remember when my child was still a baby, the neighbour is decorating the house and it was so noisy. I was so angry and I knocked their door to ask them to shut it down. They can do it in a better, but just not at noon and night. If it doesn't help, then I will call the security staff to warn them.

Every morning? If so, mmmm....just be patient, wait for a couple of days, maybe your neigbour will be tired of the habit. It so happens when someone has a new stereo set. Or, give him/her your favourite music to play that you'll co-enjoy in the morning. Good luck!

When I lived in New York, the neigbhor in the next apartment played Metallica at six AM every morning. Needless to say, the second his music on, there was no point in trying to sleep. That is, until I starting using ear plugs. Look for the soft yellow ear plugs that they use on construction sites. These block out nearly all sound and can be found in the hardware department of most super stores like Walmart. One more thing. Turn your fan on high and set it near your bed. I'm a light sleeper too. And, this tip helps me drown out noise from the morning traffic when it zooms by my house every morning. Best of luck dealing with the noisy neighbor.
