breast milk

my son is almost 3 and i have breastmilk still. i thought i was pregnant again but i took a test and it said neg. so i was woundering if it is normal to still have milk

you will continue to produce milk if your child still nurses or if you still express your milk, either by pump or manually. the milk supply diminishes over time if you express less milk or if your baby doesn't nurse anymore. after a while, you body will stop producing milk altogether.
in quite the same way, if your child nurses more, you body will adjust and will produce more and more milk.

It is. I produced milk for nearly 5 years after having my daughter.
