Do you think there should be a world court system with fair and unpetty laws? Where every country settles problem at a local level and major disputes at a world court?

Not sure if you mean as political disputes between governments or in country issues. But as others have pointed out the world is too full of different cultures and religions to ever see that happening. As far as ending wars if we could get all the politicians religious leaders and their families to fight wars there wouldnt be any wars. Its alwasy the common man in an extreme majority that fights for the politicians and religious leaders ideas never themselves that do it.

Each country have their own laws and their own religious pratices. And have common world laws, such as no murder, no terrorism, etc... Pretty much each country has their own laws now, we would have to make world laws of moral. if someone abuses those laws then there would be the world court to settle the dispute. The world court would be one diplomat from every country, they would take the place of the U.N. which seems to be corrupt. I'm not an expert, and don't claim to be one. This is something I think everyone needs to refine.

It would be great if the global community would be on the same page, but I don't ever see it happening. There are too many differences in religious and moral values between nations.

As an associate of United Nations, there is already in existence an INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE which tries to settle the international disputes referred to it by the countries. How far it is effective, it is to be seen.

Yes, but it will not happen in an fair and just manner in my lifetime. Too many countries are still in the mode of making sure if they get any judgemental power at all, that it positively affects their allies and negatively affects everyone else. This can be seen every day in the UN, with the major players of China, the US, the EU and Russia trying to make their neighbor look like an agressive pissant. If aliens land, they may be able to be impartial enough to serve as one of these judges.
