....was ordered to return to court. Few hours after Paris was sent home under house arrest yesterday, the judge who sentenced Paris for violating her reckless driving probation ordered her to appear before the court in order to determine whether Paris will be ordered back behind bars. Paris was ordered to appear to court at 9:00 am, Friday. Hilton was released yesterday, thursday morning by the sheriff, hence the city attorney questioned said release and filed his petition before the court. She was ordered to finish her sentence under house arrest due to an unspecified medical condition. Under house arrest means that she could not leave her four bedroom, three bathroom home in the Hollywood Hills till next month. The City Attorney complained for her release because, he just learned the news only through reports. In this regard, the City Attorney now questions whether the Sheriff be held in contempt for releasing the celebrity. - end -

The sheriff should be in contempt. If you ask me, everyone from the original judge on down should face some sort of legal action. Seriously, how many people have recieved the SAME sentence (45 days) for the SAME crime? Or how many people have been fortunate enough to have their DUI sentence reduced to HALF? And how many have been lucky enough to have only served 5 DAYS in jail? No, they should all be in front of a judge - together. And they can all share the same jail cell as far as I am concerned, that is what would be fair.......

She's probably alergic to the orange of the jump suit. It is blocking her tan and she is starting to fade. As far as the law goes we are all equal, that means she must do the time if she does the crime. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. If it is bs then she should be back in jail on Friday afternoon.
