How To Release Stress?

SOmetimes will feel hard when no money to settle installment or loan. Sometimes will feel angry if work stuck in someway....How to release stress ?

i have been in that situation and it is hard to take that thing of your mind. But one way that I find to be helpful to me is, Go out to the mall... or talk to friend that close to you. they might make you laugh and release some stress off your mind. Most thing I like to do is calling my friend and talk for a while.

I love to cook when I get stressed. Usually something sweet, and something chocolate. Of course, I don't like the cleaning up part of it, so sometimes, the stress of after cooking is worse than before! lol Stres is a killer. Be sure and talk to someone or vent, before you get ill.

I have found that play war games or shot games are the best for it, when you are really stressed you want to kill someone so it is good kill some virtual people, when you finish you will fell really better.

When I have stress, I will try to do some sports. It's helpful for me. Or I can talk it with a close friend or family.

Stress To release stress, you need first to knew the reasons for that stress. Tired, thinking for more than one thing in the same time, working without any previous planning, full your mind with unuseful things.... and last and not least tring to do any job by your self. Avoiding the above points, May release your stress. Make a planning for your jobs and activities Take enough rest Distribute the activities to others and try to evaluate.

Every person has his own stress,maybe the lack of money to support the family,maybe the marriage crisis,maybe the relationship with people etc. I like doing yoga to release stress and it really works.I take yoga twice or three times per week.With the sweat flowing out of my body,I feel relaxed and the stress goes away.I think exercises make us energetic and confident to challenge.

When I want to relieve stress, sometimes I like to either take a hot bath and just relax, or sometimes I go running. It makes me feel like I'm running away from the bad stuff or something. lol It also makes me feel really good afterward since I get exerise at the same time.

Try meditating my dear, go to pond in your local park and just sit there and watch the fish or feed the fish and ducks. This is a stress relieving practice that is called passive meditation. Just sit there and look at the peacful swim of the fish and you will be rested I assure you.

Music is my best antidote for stress management. Whenever i feel down or stressed out i listen to music, and i love all sorts of genres, other than metal-rock. So music acts as a big boost for me.

Hi whenever i feel stress of any kind i try to relax by going to some quite place and try to drink water as much as i can and after that i always go and take a fresh water bath in order to get back my self to normal and forget about what is causing the stress if i can not do anything else to end that stress.
