After I had back surgery in 2006, I was given a copy of my operative report for the file we were putting together to try and get disability insurance. It was really awful! They kept talking about things like using the rib spreaders, and putting insertion tubes into my lungs.

He is an amazing artist. I do not have any of his paintings, but my husband's sister and brother in law do. I've also been to his gallery in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. (Just out of Alberquerque) My inlaws lived there for several years. Going to the studio where he actually worked in the back of his gallery was pretty cool!

It really depends on what I'm drinking. Iced tea, I don't really want a straw, unless it's from a fast food establishment in a paper or styrofoam cup. Most Mixed drinks I use the straw sometimes, but not for things like frozen marguiritas, where I want to taste the sugar rim.
