How often you change your tooth brush?

I change my tooth brush every month.After using it for one month,its shape gets totally disorted.

I used to change it for 45-50 days. But according to doctor's,we have to change our brush 3 months once. Although it(the brush) is looking fine, we have to change it once in 2 months then it will be better.
