Anyone else have a cat that's obsessed with cleaning?

I have a cat (Tommy) he's 8 now, but he has always been obsessed with cleaning. He cleans the other cat (after pinning him down), he cleans the dog, and he cleans humans (especially eyebrows). I've never had a cat quite like him and affectionally refer to him as my special needs kitty. I wonder if he's ocd. What are your cats ocd's?
