What interview question do you hate?

What question have you been asked in a job interview either once or over and over again and just can't stand? I hate being asked 3 of my best and 3 of my worst qualities. I can't name one good or one bad!

Here in the UK they have caught on to the "new" interviewing tecqnique where you asked to provide examples. I lied in mine of course but these are the kind of things you have to answer... Have you ever had to deal with an upset customer and resolve it in a usual way?? (Nah, if a customer is upset about the service I usher them out the door) How do you try to get everyone to work as a team? (Tell them if they don't hurry the hell up we'll never make last orders) I hate questions like this cos you really got to make yourself shine. I made up a whole lot of crap how I done all these fantastic things that I would have never done even if they paid me double.

The dreaded "Why do you think you are right for this position?" question. Obviously if I didn't think I was right for the job I wouldn't have wasted my time filling out the application and sitting in a poorly decorated office for three hours lol.

What are your weaknesses. I would much rather play on my strengths and let me show them I am good for their company. It seems like they wish to know something to disqualify you. Or perhaps they wish to know that you are aware of things that could be a problem and be able to manage them and be honest. Just don't know.

I was ever asked about questions during my job interviews. Honestly, I don't like to be asked these questions: 1) Are you married? (I know this is one of illegal questions but some interviewers are still asking this question) and I just can't stand it. As a job seeker, it is difficult not to answer this question. If we don't answer this, the interviewers may have a wrong impression. 2) Where do you come from originally? I know that some interviewers just want to know me personally. But I don't like this question, either. Because it doesn't have a correlation with the job. Unless, a job description mentions that the job needs some people who have a certain background or are capable of other languages. 3) Other questions that are related to personal things. I hate such questions. But again, we can't avoid it. Or can we? How can we handle such questions?

believe it or not it always pops up. i am a singer and when ever i apply for one that questions pops up. i get used to it. i love my children and i am married too with my ex-husband, so there is no doubt that they came from the same father.

I hate the where do you see yourself in 5 years question. I always think hopefully not here doing this same job. I can never be honest. Such as my last job. It wouldn't have been good to say "I wanted to see how you operate your company so I can start my own to compete with you." Who would have hired me that would have helped me learn what I needed to know.

"Tell me something about yourself." This is really the question of an interviewer who's either interested or does not know anything. I mean, what something do I really need to tell for me to be somebody in one's company? I prefer direct question rather than tell something which may not be interesting to the interviewer.

I hate when they ask me about my weaknesses. I don't think many people are truthful about these. I also hate when the person doing the interview cannot elaborate on the questions being asked because they have stick to a script.

Since you already know the 6 questions that the interviewers will ask, you can in fact go prepared. I would be more than happy if the interviewer asked questions which I am prepared. I never like attending interviews and have not been attending interviews for a long time. The question I do not like is what do you know about the company. This is to me a ridiculous question especially when the company does not have a website and is not "famous".

I don't like to be asked about a particular assignment that might apply to your job. like..."say, if you were to do this, how are you to do it?" it freaks the heck out of me because they're judging your performance right there and boom, if you miss one question, it's like over... -_-;; xquisite http://www.xquisite.us

The very common questions that i really hate during job interview are: 1. Why are you looking for a new job? Well, isn't it very obvious? 2. Why this company and not our competitors? i actually dunno. 3. May i contact your current employer? ahehehe
