What are your country's BEST meals that you can offer to tourist?

When you have foreigners/tourist visit your country what are the food that you would indeed recommend them to try and you're sure that it will be 95% successful:
I love filipino food so i have several in my list that i would want them to try such as:
1. Kare-kare (Beef / Ox)
2. Sinigang na Hipon (Shrimp_
3. Inihaw na Tuna (Belly or Panga)
4. Sisig (Pork or Tuna)
5. Bicol Express (Laing)
6. Ginataang Pla-pla (Fish)
7. Lechon Paksiw (Pork)
8. Chicken & Pork Adobo
9. Kilawin (Fish)
10. Tagalog Beef Steak
11. Hilabos na Hipon (Shrimp_
12. Pancit canton
There are more... just visit the popular restaurants in the Philippines and they have it.

I am not sure what would be considered best here in America. Espically since it a diverse group of mixed cultures. But some of the meals I would introduce are as follows: Sauage gravy over buiscuts, spagetti and meatballs, pork chops, potatoes and gravy with vegtables as sides, cooked ham or beef roast with whole potatoes and vegtables, hamburger, steaks and hotdogs on the grill, freid chicekn with mashed potatoes and chicken gravy with colesaw, Shrimp cooked in italian dressing..oh the possiblities are endless. At my house they would defiantly have some homecooked meals.
I have had someone from another country. He had many meals he has never had before in my home. He loved and was watched and learned how I prepare them. So when he went back to his home country. He would be able to cook the meal.

1. Sarma (meat, rice and cabage)
2. Cevapi (meat)
3. Cvarci
4. Pecenje (pork)
5. Burek (pie with meat in it)
You wont find this food anywhere in the world except in Serbia!
