do you ever sit with your knees up and your feet resting on the seat.

LOL! You are too funny;) No, I don't anymore b/c of surgeries I have had in my tummy...it just hurts too much to bend and move that way ever since from all the scarring inside of me, but I used to before I had to have surgery:) Now I sit in a kind of yoga position, it's much more comfortable for me.

I don't because I am too fat and not very limber. But I have heard that this is actually a better position to go in. I'm just not ecactly sure why. I may have to go research that.lol.

it certainly helps get things moving. I think it pushes the forward and down.

when my sister and i were younger, if either of us was having a bath we would go in and "sit" on the loo to chat and stuff, both of us would sit in that way (with our knees up, feet on the loo). now i live on my own with my son, i don't do it anymore lol.

When I was younger & more limber, I'd sit on one or both feet, but my knees can't take it now. Even then it was a sure way to lose circulation, but it felt good to be in a different position.

I dont sit that way on the toilet but I do sit on one leg or the other when I sit on the loveseat or couch. It drives my wife nuts cause I always sit with one leg on the couch. Even when I sit at the computer I sit with one leg in the chair and sit at an angle, maybe thats why my typing is so sloppy...not.
