the reason y the genuine thing keeping popingup because you do not have the correct serial key for your windows or your serial key is invalid.

microsoft - Use the original ones.
In Singapore where i'm from, computers used to be installed with microsoft office,etc.. But that is slowly changing because of tougher laws governing the computers and distribution of softwares. Did you buy your computer pre-installed or did you install the softwares yourself? If it was pre-installed you need to check online or go back to the shop to double check what you've paid for in the first place. - Lyn

Easiest way in finding is to visit http://www.microsoft.com Search for Microsoft Genuine product checker and download it. Then run it and see what it says, if your using a machine which doesn't have genuine windows it will tell you what to do. Also if you actually get updates 70% that your computer is real. If you can't access the updates ever then I can tell you it's a nulled system. ~Joey

I am not sure what problem your computer is currently having. But perhaps, there is a virus or it may have a spyware infected in your computer. Have you ever downloaded software on the Internet lately? If you want to make sure about your software, you can ask a customer support at Microsoft.
