How do i create a pay pal account?

There is no connection between ICIC and paypal account.For creating paypal account visit www.paypal.com.It is very easy to create an account there.To become a verrified user,debit or credit card is a must.For withdrawing any amount to your bank account credit card is a must.With out verrified account,you can buy thing online through ebay from some sellers.But majority prefer verrified users only for online transaction.

Hi hope1983. As far i know Paypal is use nationwide.After sign up you need to verified your account.You need a credit card or debit card to verify.Its easy as 123.

I am from India too, i have created a paypal account couple of weeks back.I am not sure about the functioning too, but i didnt give my credit or debit card details,i am still not sure about the security.Besides, i dont know whats the difference between a verified user and a unverified user, for earning money online i don see a need to be a verified user, do you people agree with me?
