Yes, children interrupting is a definite mood breaker. So is the phone ringing. Sometimes we ignore it but if we are expecting a call then we force ourselves to answer it. If we ignore it and the person decides to leave a message, we can hear the message being left. Yeah, a little distracting.

What doesn't spoil the mood anymore? LOL Hmm, let me list some... Feeling a dog's cold wet nose at your butt. Having a child walk in your room asking for a drink. Suddenly feeling a child crawl into bed with you. Knowing your child has someone sleeping over. A migraine!!! Fighting about something and he refuses to talk about it or to me. Remembering that you forgot to pick up milk. ha ha There are way too many factors into spoiling romance when you have seven kids. ha ha

You are very right and experienced person with those seven lovely kids to respond to this particular discussion I think. For me it is the squeaky noice of the bed.It is the very effective spoiler of my mood. The recent fight with my wife is over this issue only. She insists that I must mind to my own business.I am working on it.
