Teething and bed? Mothers Needed

K my sister decided to drop off my little neice with me for acouple of days which is cool and all but this child is teeth and I cant find anything to ease her pain any ideas? Also its so hard to get this kid alseep and its killing me so I also need ideas on how to get her to sleep faster so all suggestions welcomed. Thanks!

Put some crushed ice in a clean washcloth, tie a knot in the cloth and let your niece chew on it. The ice numbs the pain. You can try rocking her or playing music to get her to sleep, but I don't know if that will work. She may be resisting sleep because she's in a different place without her mother, or she may just hate to go to sleep. Sometimes they do.
