Ever wish you could lose some weight and make some muscle? I really want to make some muscle and I have been going to the gym and following many tips from online. I found an awesome site a couple months ago that gives you a lot of good information. They tell what you have to do and the best part is they explain WHY. So if you would like to lose some weight and maybe make some muscle check this site out and let me know what you think about it. http://www.wikihow.com/Get-Six-Pack-Abs P.S. Remember I COMMENT every response and I also RATE them ALL + (positive).;-)

Well hey there firumon! I am very glad that you found the site I posted helpful to you as I know that I did! I am going to the gym for the same reason and in fact I went today :-D What I like about the gym that I go to is that each machine is designed to work specific muscles in your body and it gives you a picture showing you which muscles and also tells you the name. I like this because I look for those that work the abdominal muscles as well as a couple of specifics. Thank you for your response :-) Rated +.

I don't know about muscle building but diet tips seemed to be OK and proven LOL! I'm still burning my winter fat by walking a lot and eating small meals. It really works but I still have to get some kg-s down to fit in all my clothes!

Cool glad to see others watching what they eat and working out. Thankfully I don't have much extra fat because I am tall and I have a pretty fast metabolism. Thank you for your response :-) Rated +.

Awesome! I am not fat or chubby. I am skinny in all parts that show (head, neck, arms, legs) but I have a slightly fatty stomach. I don't really want to lose wight but rather I want to convert the fat into muscle. I know that abs are the most difficult muscles to work but I think I can do it! And confidence is a key tool in keeping in shape and having a nice body. I am enjoying the gym and I am glad otherwise I would see it as work and wouldn't be very encouraged to go 3-4 times per week. You are welcome for the tips. Thank you for your response :-) Rated +.

Hi, RESguy, thank for your site information. I have a information on reducing weight obese. Every morning on a empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon power boined in a cup of water, if you take regularly it reduces the weight and also even obese of a person. Also drinking this mixture regularly it does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though, the person may eat highcolorie diet.

While I do not have a six-pack....I do not diet and my exercising is swimming, hiking, canoing, gardening, and chasing kids....I weigh within 10 pounds of what I weighed in high school and I still wear a size 6...so I do not worry about it too much ...LOL

Wow yeah sounds like a great way to exercise! I love swimming and if I didn't live in Miami, Fl I would love to go hiking as I love nature :-D And I forgot to mention that me and my Dad go out fishing on our Sit-on-top kayak and it is a real great workout for the arms, especially with all the waves and everything. And if we are lucky the fish will give us a hard time too ;-) I like to help my mom with gardening and I also help by cutting the grass so that is a workout to and also a crazy job when it is 90F outside hehe. Well, I have to congratulate you on keeping healthy and active after children and everything. It can be hard to be a housewife I bet and not all mothers have time for themselves it is great that you find the time. Thank you for your response :-) Rated +.

I go to the gym five times a week, and mostly work on bodybuilding, I have trouble doing sit ups because I don't do them right, I usually end up hurting my neck, so I leave them, I heard you have to do 1000+ sit ups a day to get and maintain a six pack, but I will check out your link, thanks

That is good, five times per week is a lot. I do about the same ;-) And I don't do my sit-ups on the floor and I used to have the same problems when I did. The trick is not to use the strength from your neck but rather your abs (otherwise you are doing nothing). I do not think that 1000 sit-ups are necessary to maintain a 6-pack as that is just crazy and then only a few people would have one. I think once you have one you should just continue doing what you did before and it will keep you in shape. I am sure 100 sit-ups plus everything else I do at the gym would be enough to maintain a 6-pack. Anyways my good news is that I am really starting to see the outline of a 4-pack! I am super happy :-D Incredible how going to the gym for a couple of months can give such great results! Thank you for your response :-) Rated +.

hehe No problem. You don't exactly have to use it to get a six-pack. If you follow the advice on this site you should just stay fit and healthy :-D I am already starting to see my abs starting to show a little. I am far from a 6-pack or even a 4-pack but I am starting to see some progress! You are very welcome for the link ;-) Thank you for your response :-) Rated +.

I was thinking from long back to get into shape. For this I joined gym recently. I daily exercise over there usinf machines as well as manually. The workouts provided at the site are all done at the gym. I now feel more confident that I will be able to loose the weight. We have a wonderful gym and it may prove to be a great help to me. Thanks a lot for the link!

Very cool. Yes I also go to an excellent gym that has a lot of machines and it is just great. You can really see the results taking place right before your eyes! I mean I went to the lockers to look at my abs and was surprised to see a faint out line of a 4-pack! If things keep going like they are then in just two or so more months I may have a 6-pack! You are very welcome for the link, I just wanted to share it because it really inspired me to start working-out :-D Thank you for your response :-) Rated +.

I wish to get some muscle I think I don't need to lose weight I do need to gain weight. reason I don't have in shape is because I forget to do regular exercise in the mornings and in my day. I think it is essential to lose weight or gain some weight. I want to join to a gym but I don't know why I keep quit it maybe I am too lazy to do exercise. and I need to learn how to gain weight and make a healthy live. all we need is a combination of workouts, diets, exercises, nutritions it last I think is more important because with make a lot of exercise without a good diet will not work out. I have not tried online trainer program. I would like a web site where I can find information about diet plans and what kind of diet exist.
