We get a jar of seeded mustard and smoother it on thick, along with garlic and salt (pepper if you like also)and make sure we leave it a tiny bit pink in the middle so we know it hasn't dried out!

I like a nice bottom round roast with little fat. I take it and salt and peper it. Then I put it in my slow cooker. I like to add a can of brown or beef gravy. I put in a bunch of onions and I let is cook all day and I mean all day. The meat is so tender you can cut it with a fork. I serve it with mashed potatoes and usually corn. Some times I turn this nice peice of beef into a beff stew by adding all types of veggies.

Hi. Usually I will rub, olive oil, Basil or thyme all over our beef plug garlic cloves halves into the roast beef, then we would put it all in an oven bag along with the veges of our choice, we will put stuffing in tin foil along side the roastbeef oven bag, and bake at 180 for about 45 mins to an hour... This method of cooking roast beef, leaves the meat moist, tasty, cooked and never dry... Oven bags are the way to go...

I put Rosemary and Garlic on it. I also cook it in the BBQ with the smoking chips so it has a nice smoked flavour as well.
