Yes I think there is a special nigerian financial group that has preferred accounts just for these sort of problems. All that is necessary is for you to send them all your money and as soon as they recieve it they will send you back 10 times the original amount. Do it before time runs out.

Missak, you and I are the ones who need to be worried. As we speak this person could be saving up money to buy a car with a big trunk. He could also come from a large family that is also saving up money to buy cars with large trunks.This whole senerio gives me the willies. Keep working on that antibiotic. I heard rumor that god has been talking to one of his large astriods about taking a dip in the pacific ocean.

I hate to tell you this but you will not find many places at all that will allow you to purchase with an unverified paypal account. Your only choices right now are either to leave the money in there and let it build up or just get it verified and then you can do what ever you want and go where paypal is accepted.

my paypal account can't spend money either receive money with unverified.so sad!i have find out a solution to withdraw money to my local bank account(malaysia),but the first thing i have to do is apply a hsbc bank credit or debit card.

I bought stuff from ebay and from websites etc with an unverified PayPal account for ages so there shouldn't be a problem. Verifying your account just means you've completed security checks such as your address etc. If your account is unverified it does mean there are sending and receiving limits on your account although I think they are reasonably high amounts. Really you're better just verifying it and getting it over and done with but if you really don't want to do that then you will still be able to buy on ebay.

I can't remember when my Paypal account was actually verified, but I think I was able to buy and sell with it unverified. It's been verified for years now and I have no problems at all.

You can buy on eBay with an unverified PayPal acouunt. I did it for months before I got a Paypal credit card and verified.

I believe there are places where you can buy things with an unverified PayPal account. I've had people buy things from me that were unverified and haven't ran into any problems thus far.

Yes you can.
Although you have a limit per each month of what you can spend but you can receive as much as you get sent. Personally I would just confirm it if you can :)

I don't think unverified paypal accounts work anywhere... but why not verify it?? I don't get it.
