strange emails

Have you ever gotten emails like this. To me it dosent make any sence. Can you help me out?

It looks like some kind of coded message to me, but who knows for sure. It is probably from some weirdo with too much time on their hands. If I got something like that I probably would just delete it. However, you might want to forward it to spam@uce.gov so that they can take a look at it.

You probably won't get an answer from them but you will know that they had a chance to check it out. Be sure that you forward it rather than copy it. That way they will have all the information from the original sender.
