After putting in weeks of overtime, I've notice that I have to fight harder to stay awake. Have you ever dozed off, taken a nap, or just plain fallen asleep at work?

I have been know to doze off a bit sitting in front of the work computer if it is really slow and quiet. If I am tired I try to take a nap in my car at lunch.

I have dozed off in some very boring meetings at work. The scariest thing I ever did was fall asleep while I was driving and found myself driving on the shoulder!

When I was much younger, I could party all night after work, go out to breakfast, shower and then go back to work and work a full day with no problems. Now, if I stay up late reading a book, I'm prone to nod off during the day. There are some liquid breath fresheners that I will squirt under my tongue that will actually jolt me awake. Or try two or three breathstrips at once. They'll pop your eyes right open!
