This also happened to me I think I was about at $15.00 and they said that I violated some rule. Not even sure what it was anymore. Oh well I just moved on to something else. I know a lot of people that have had this happen to them.

well i too got terminated and i had 12 dollars at that time. you can start again but not with the same id.
