Stomach Cramps

I don't feel too good today and I'm not sure why. My stomach has been cramping up all morning and I have had frequent visits to the bathroom too. I think I may have overdone it with the food we ate at the mall and the goodies we also ate at the movies while seeing "Ratatouille". Any suggestions on what I can take to stop my stomach from cramping and reduce the visits to the bathroom? LOL

Hi Maddysmommy you are really going through a worst problem because nothing works at this time. But in my opinion lemon water and soda is good .Please drink it slowly . I think you don't enough water after eating food at mall. That's why u are going through this problem. Next time be careful about yourself and drink plenty of water so that u have not to face this problem. Care about yourself dear.

Hello there, for any stomach problem, normally I will take a cup of Camomile tea that really works well for me. So if you don’t mind, you can give it a try when you have the similar problem next time. Take care!

I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome which comes with fibromyalgia. I have tried lots of remedies for cramps, etc. I suck on peppermints if I am out in the car. I drink Eater's Digest Tea or Peppermint Tea. One of the best remedies is Aloe Vera Juice. 1/4 cup of Aloe Vera Juice with some fruit juice added will clear things up. You can also rub peppermint oil (might want to cut it with vegetable oil as it is strong) on your tummy. I take a supplement called Acidolphilus twice a day. It is an immune system booster for the digestive system. I hope you're feeling better soon.

Just glued yourself to the toilet bowl, maddy, LOL. Just kidding. Make sure to drink lots of water to avoid dehydration. You might like to sip a warm chamomile tea to help relieve stomach upset. This goes to remind you that you need to learn how to share those goodies with us, LOL. Go take some rest and you'll be up and ready to mylot again. Take care.

Not sure if it helps you but this is what I normally do. First thing first, drink enough water to replenish the water loss. Drink some milk. It might make it worst or better. If worst, I prefer to think it is purging the toxins from the body. Eat bananas. If it gets worse, see the doctor.

I started to drink water, lots of it because I am feeling dehydrated or shall I say very weak. I'll try some milk but I don't have any banana's. Thanks for your response whyaskq!

Thanks Kate for responding. I think I'll try the dry toast and see if that helps.
