What famous people have made the biggest difference?

Sylvia Browne. With her spiritual teachings I have become a stronger and more confident person. I don't know where I'd be without her with everything I've gone through in my life.

The people who made a difference for the better in the world are Mother Teresa and Billy Graham. Those are the first two people that jump out in my mind. I could list celebrities that do charitable work, even the late Princess Diana. But the two I mentioned had both the physical and the spiritual needs of people in mind. In my own life I would say my parents have made the biggest difference. I think I lucked out with parents. We don't always agree, in fact my dad and I often disagree, but a person just can't better than what I have with my mom and dad.
