I attended a very large function this weekend. The event was started by an excellent preformance of the national anthem by a Jazz band. That preformance left your hair standing on end. I looked around the crowd and saw several people who did not rise when they played the anthem, did not place their hand over their hearts in honor of our country. We are on the cusp of the largest celebration our nation has, the fourth of July, I hope you remember the reason we are independent, and living in a nation that should be honored. When the flag passes you by in a parade, please remember to stand and "Honor" all the things that flag stand for. Freedom, all the rights, and for all those who have given you that opportunity by protecting you and our country, and maybe giving their lives up for you! Happy Independence Day America!

i think everyone should have the pride and honor to be one of the citizens of a country, whatever your country is rich or poor or small or large, i think if you don't have your motherland you don't exsit, so those people are really jerk, not following the ceremonial procedures.
