We should be knee deep in snow.....I am not complaining....but in all the years that I have lived I have never seen dandelions blooming in my backyard in November!!! I took pictures of them.....my neighbor came over and asked what I was doing and I said taking pictures of the dandelions.....he said..oh I dug mine out this morning....we must have missed something!!! Could be we be that lucky? No...

I have my outside lights up.....but not my tree....I am in the spirit of things....but right now have some orders to fill from my craft sale last weekend...when I get done with those I'll work on my house...then I'll work on things for my own families Christmas.

Depends on what program I was watching.....if it had been a program about male strippers I might not have even answered you at all...just padded the seat next to me and ask you to join me! LOL.....just kidding....my kids do the same..especially my son! LOL

I think that if you get bad service a nominal tip is appropriate...you see for servers they automatically take 8% taxes out of their checks..but you are right. An apology is in order if the service is slow or the wait long....it's strange that of all the people that get tips the servers are the ones to pay the taxes. My hairdresser doesn't even claim hers....nor does my postman....pizza deliver...

I live by myself so my groceries are not very much....I only eat one meal a day here so I get by very cheaply....I spend most of my time up in my bedroom and don't use alot of heat down stairs.....We have had some rising prices....but it hasn't effected my budget much.

It's usually about three days and we usually bury them though some are creamated...(burned)....we have a church funeral..with flowers and a lunch afterwards....We don't really have too many rituals...my father was a veteran so they had an honor guard there and they shot off a 21 gun salute! The other ritual is the missing them.....which stays forever in our hearts.

There are certain people I tip...in restaurants...the pizza delivery man (I get my pizza's very fast!)....maids in hotel rooms....valet parking...etc...

I have only went on a pilgrimage twice if you want to call it that....to a place called the Grotto of Redemption....it's a grotto with the twelve steps to the cross....I don't get or give offerings.......but I share my prayers for my friends and family!
