Bully Boss

My boss is a bully. She like to be in control of every situation which is very sickening since alot of the worker ther have been there since the beginning of the business. She wants to make sure everyone knows she is the boss. She will not even step out of the way if your hands are full and if you don't step to the side she will knock right into you because she wants the "right of way". In some ways I feel sorry for her as she must not sleep at night worrying about being in control of every aspect of the business. And this year she announced that she isn't even taking a vacation! I have also tried to tell her that life is not worth living if you don't experience some of the simple pleasure that surround you like taking a drive in the evening just to watch a sunset. She doesn't understand. Business is her life even before her family. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle a control freak? I really do like her inspite of her control issues and wish she would find out that there is other life out there. Help anyone?

Female bosses are a terror. They tend to be insecure and troublesome. Ok, I'm also a female but I recognise these traits and I try to avoid them. Honestly, I do sometimes have my temper and nonsense but I will always remind myself not to overdo certain things. Like my ex-boss. An old woman in her 50s whom think she is gods gift to men. So jealous and vain and tries to wear young people's clothes. During meetings, she just love to stop us and ask us if anything is new with her look or tell us she is so pretty. She is so jealous if we have men in our life that treat us very good. Why? Because, she tends to get all the wrong men and divorced women are even worse bosses. THey kind of go crazy. I am generalising everything but of course not all female or divorced female bosses are like that. Some are really nice and understanding. Happen to be my bad luck for meeting such a crazy old female boss. :P
Try ignoring her. My boss loves to get my attention because I love to ignore her. Just don't let her get to you and she will get to herself. :D

That sucks for you most of the head people where i work are pretty good except for one of them that I dont think likes me even though ive dont nothing to him he always makes me go out and does carts when its the worse weather to do it and always makes me do the worse jobs in that store I feel like hes picking on me even though ive done nothing to him.
