Please pray for baby Anthony

It is now 4am here and 2am where they are. I haven't heard from sister since 9pm my time last night. Baby Anthony is still on the ventalator, his oxygen levels are dropping as low as 27 even with oxygen on. He has developed a fever so they are trying to treat that even though they are not sure what it is coming from. The hospital seems to be very good they are constantly checking him and doing everything they can to get him to breathe on his own. He is pretty limp but he did put his little hand around his daddy's finger which I think is a really good sign. My sister is supposed to call me with any changes so I guess no news is good news. I think the power of prayer is an amazing thing and my family has a great prayer chain and without a doubt the prayers from my friends here are just as strong. What a wonderful group of people here.

I also believe that no news is good news Tricia - also that gripping his Daddys finger is a wonderful sign and a show of strength for baby Anthony! My kids and I were all praying for him and for your family this morning, my kids (5 and 13) and I are keeping you all in our hearts and prayers and we hope to hear that he is improving soon! I am so sorry to hear this about Baby Anthony. I will keep him in my prayers. I am sure he will be just fine, with all the modern technology that they have in the hospitals now days, he will be in good hands. My Granddaughter was born premature 9 years ago, she was only 3lb. 9 oz. she to had breathing problems, she was in the hospital for about a month and 1/2. When we brought her home she was on a breathing machine mor a very long time. SAs I said she is 9 now and very healthy. So Baby Anthony will be just fine. God Bless.

Of course my thoughts and prayers will be with baby Anthony. They will also be with your nephew and his wife, as well as with your entire family. Please know that with all of our prayers coming together in the name of the Lord, he will be there for all of you to comfort you and your family and to guide the Drs.
