I believe that you are misinformed and haven't read the web site and pricing details correctly.
Surveymonkey is a site which allows you to construct and host your own surveys. There is a basic function where you can create a limited number of surveys free and there are more advanced functions where you pay Surveymonkey to host and manage your survey and the data collected.
It seems to me that you looked at the pricing for the Monthly Pro package which charges you $19.95 a month to post surveys for which you are allowed a maximum of 1000 responses per month. Any responses you receive over that figure are charged at $0.05 per response ... the 'Response overage charge' means that YOU pay THEM for any responses to your survey over 1000 a month.
If you are in a business where conducting surveys is a valuable tool for bringing in business or evaluating your market, then this site is perhaps for you. It is not a site which pays you to host surveys in the way you suggest!

That site gives the money for easy.. the actual work is you have to post the inbuil survey in any web page.. If anybody participate your survey then you will earn 0.05$..
